It is something like the life of Bilbo Baggins:
Bilbo got dragged into being a "robber" for the dwarves, to get their mountain back from Smaug the dragon. Now being a hobbitt, he was quite against adventures, but also he was possible the most bold hobbitt of them all. He ends up hating the journey all the way but loving it and yearning for "Mountains, Gandalf". Eventually, after being in Bag End for a while, he knows he cannot stay and goes to live with the elves at Rivendell. Eventually, they invite him to join them on the last ship to the Gray Havens. Now it seems that Bilbo has reached the Gray Havens by a series of "happy accidents". We must not think ourselves to be Frodo, who chooses to go to Mordor for the good of Middle Earth without much coaxing from anyone else, but simply because it is the right thing to do. No, I think that a fool, an intensely prideful and interested fool is much more close to the truth.
